About the place

You will be living in a spacious and well-maintained family home in Utrecht, spread over the ground floor, first floor and second floor. The property is located in a pleasant and easily accessible residential area, with various amenities nearby.
The room available for rent is located on the second floor and offers plenty of privacy. The room has its own private bathroom, equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. This means you do not have to share the bathroom with the other residents. There is also a washing machine available for the tenant to use, free of charge.
The house is occupied by a family consisting of the parents, an adult daughter and a younger son. We consider it important that everyone feels comfortable and at ease in the home. Due to our cultural values, we have decided to accept female tenants only.
One of the main advantages of the location is that Rokade shopping centre is located directly next to the house. This makes shops and everyday amenities very convenient and easy to reach. There are also various other facilities in the surrounding area, and the property is easily accessible by public transport and bicycle.

Parties or loud gatherings are not permitted in the house.
Male visitors are not permitted in the house.
Overnight stays for guests are not permitted.
