About the place

You will be sharing this 63m² property with two male students from Utrecht University (UU). One of our housemates has decided to pursue a different career path, so we are urgently looking for a new housemate—ideally another student at Utrecht University.

The property is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, and a combination oven/microwave. There is also a lovely garden.

Pelikaanstraat is located in the popular 'Watervogelbuurt' neighborhood, just outside the city’s historic canal ring (Stadsbuitengracht). This area is highly sought after due to its strategic location between the city center and the university campus (De Uithof). You’ll find the Oosterkade and Ledig Erf—with their various cafés, restaurants, and terraces—just around the corner, along with the charming Twijnstraat, which offers a diverse range of shops. A short walk takes you into the historic heart of Utrecht, and by bike, you can reach De Uithof or the woods of Amelisweerd in just 10 minutes. The neighborhood also boasts excellent public transport links; Vaartsche Rijn station is within walking distance, and there is easy access to several major highways. On-street parking is available right in front of the property (requires a permit).
