A quiet studio apartment on the upper floor of a peaceful building, with its own small kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. The landlady lives on the ground floor. The apartment is very clean, and the neighborhood is both safe and close to buses and shopping areas. The apartment has central heating, and everything is included in the price, including address registration. We prefer working tenants.
