About the place

Are you looking for a nice student room in one of the best spots in Utrecht? A spacious room of around 20m² will soon be available in our cozy girls’ student house at Oudegracht 358.

You’ll be living with 10 girls in a social and lively student house right in the city center. The house has a unique wharf cellar and direct access to the canal, which is perfect for summer evenings, drinks, or just relaxing by the water. The location is ideal: shops, cafés, university buildings and the station are all close by.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys living in a social house, likes to have dinner together or grab a drink now and then, but of course also has her own life and routine.
