This is explicitly not a student house, nor a place for parties or social gatherings. The house is occupied by tidy, working individuals who each lead their own lives and highly value a pleasant, respectful and calm living environment.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a quiet, working tenant who has their life in order and is consciously seeking stability and long-term accommodation. Someone who:
•	Is employed (no students);
•	Is friendly, social and respectful towards housemates, neighbours and the landlord;
•	Is independent and does not seek a socially active household;
•	Values peace and quiet within the home;
•	Keeps shared areas clean and tidy and can easily adhere to a cleaning schedule;
•	Does not cause any form of nuisance;
•	Pays the rent on time and without issues;
•	Is not planning to move again in the short term, this is not a “hotel”, but a home;
•	Does not have pets.

The Property & Location:
The property is located right in the city centre of Utrecht, in the shopping district. Shops, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, the central station and bus stops are all within a maximum of 5 minutes’ walking distance.
There is no garden or outdoor space. Parking directly in front of the property is not possible due to its location in a pedestrian shopping area; however, loading and unloading by car is permitted. Registration at the address is possible, and the rent is inclusive.
