About the place

Sublet of 12 m2 room for entire the month of June, rent is 545 including everything. The room has a closet in it. Bed, desk and curtains (as seen on the 1st picture) can be made available if needed. 

It’s located very close to the station Utrecht Lunetten, and the grocery store is right around the corner too.
The place is shared with 4 other people, mostly international students. It’s a calm and tidy house, we’re looking for someone who is calm and tidy as well.
