The property is exclusively occupied by working residents. This is explicitly not a student house, nor is it suitable for frequent social gatherings or parties. The current residents each lead their own independent lives and highly value a respectful, calm, and well-maintained living environment.

Profile of the Desired Tenant:

We are seeking a stable, working tenant who consciously chooses a quiet and long-term living situation. Someone who has their affairs in order and views their home as a solid and serious base.

Is employed (no students);

Is friendly, socially considerate, and respectful toward housemates, neighbours, and the landlord;

Is independent and does not seek a highly social household;

The Property & Location:

The property is situated in the very heart of the city centre of Utrecht, within the main shopping district. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets, public transport, and the central station are all within a maximum five-minute walking distance.

There is no garden or outdoor space. Due to its location within the shopping area, parking directly in front of the property is not possible. However, loading and unloading by car is permitted. Registration at the address is possible. The rent is inclusive.
