I offer nice rooms in a very quiet house at a top location. No visitors or guests allowed. This makes for a quiet place to live and study. A calm atmosphere for calm tenants. 

The room is for female candidates only, please respect this.

Room and facilities are in excellent condition.The room is very practical space-wise (mezzanine for bed) and partly furnished. Absolutely worthwhile viewing.

There is a kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom (bath with shower).
