About the place

A very clean light room in a big modern house. on a floor shared with one other person. There is a toilet on that floor. 
The room is furnished (wardrobe, table, bed, bed-table, mirror, chairs, drying rack). Located in a pleasant area in Leidsche Rijn. Shops, bus and trainstation nearby.

Common use of kitchen, bathroom and garden with the other tenant (female), our 2 years old daughter and ourselves (couple).
We only cook & eat lacto-vegetarian (without meat, fish or eggs) in the house. Please consider this and mention something about this in your response!

Free car-parking.
Including heat, water, electricity and internet (normal use).
For one person.
Deposit: 1 month rent.
