About the place

I am temporarily renting out a room in my apartment for €1,000 per month. The room is available immediately for a maximum of nine months, preferably for a shorter period.

The apartment is spacious (105 m²), and you would be living there with only me. The bedroom itself is small.

The apartment is fully equipped: TV, monitors, Nintendo Switch, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, air fryer, refrigerator, freezer, Japanese toilet, towels, bed linen, everything is provided. I am looking for a quiet person.

It is located near Park Transwijk. Registration with the municipality is not possible.
