About the place

~Please note, the room/ the house is only available for 6 weeks: 3 Februari 2026 until 21 March 2026~

Im renting out a room for a month in our beautiful, spacious house in the centre of Utrecht. The house has a monumental status so it’s very unique to live in it! It’s been an absolute treat living here for the past 10 years.

With the rental price comes.... a spacious, furnished bedroom, (and bedding if wanted) and you'd share the rest of the house me and my cat Takkie. Shared spaces are: dining room, living room, kitchen, toilet, garden, bathroom with toilet.

Because it's a monument, the house is poorly insulated which means it could be cold at times!
