About the place

Dear reader,

As of March a room will become available in my apartment and I (woman, 29) will rent it out furnished, hospita-style. Are you looking for a room in Utrecht for six months, or are you looking for something temporary until you have found a permanent place to live? Then this room might be suitable for you. I will rent out the room temporarily but there is a chance of extension if we connect well.

The room is 14m2 and has an attached balcony of 6m2. The room is furnished with a 1.40 bed, a desk, a closet and some cupboards. The room is located at the eastside, and during spring and summer the balcony is a perfect spot for a morning coffee in the sun.

The house is in a very convenient and beautiful location. Just a few minutes by bike from Utrecht centre and with a park (and shared garden) behind the house. Furthermore, you will share the kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and toilet with me. We will clean these according to a cleaning schedule. If it clicks well, I find it very nice to occasionally have dinner together and do something together, but basically we live our own lives.
