About the place

Hello!
I’m currently looking for a housemate to share a two-bedroom home near Utrecht Central Station. I really value a calm, well-kept space, so I’m looking for someone on a similar wavelength.

I’m looking for someone who’s lived abroad, easy-going, and has a progressive mindset. Ideally, you have your own routine but are also open to a friendly chat now and then. Being clean and respectful of shared spaces is important. I also have a dog, so being pet-friendly is appreciated.  It would be nice if you also work from home occasionally to keep my dog company. 

A bit about me: I work as an IT professional. I work partially from home, and in my free time, I enjoy watching movies, health & fitness,  and travelling. I’m quite pragmatic and like quiet time as I often spend it researching and building new ideas or solutions.


The rent for the room is €825 per month, excluding energy, water, and gas. Registration at the address is possible.
