About the place

Ruime en mooie kamer van 14m2 te huur in een fijn en gezellig huis. We gaan er met drie personen wonen en het is dan leuk om ook regelmatig wat samen te doen. Dat is geen verplicht iets. Als je wilt bezichtigen dan kan dat z.s.m.

The room has an wooden floor (laminaat), curtains and and an lamp. Also a single bed is in the room. The possibility to put a desk (for free). The living room is not shared.

Send your picture, information and we only want person who study and/or work in Utrecht. Also we want only females (gender) so for sure also transwomen are very welcome and who want this room for at least one year. We are very open for BIPOC and/or LGBTQI+ persons. 

15 minutes with the bus or bike to the center. Bus stop is one street away. We have enough shops close by.
