📍 Prime Location
The room is located in a quiet street, while shops and pleasant cafés are just around the corner. Public transport stops practically at the doorstep, making it easy and quick to travel to the university or the city centre.

🏠 Property and Atmosphere
The property is well maintained and all current residents are female. We are looking for someone who feels comfortable in a calm and friendly household and who treats both the property and housemates with respect.

🛏️ Room and Facilities
You will share the common facilities (kitchen, bathroom and toilet) with the other residents.
Internet (WiFi) is available and included in the rent.

💶 Rent and Conditions
The rent is €695 per month, all-in, including:
• Gas, water and electricity
• WiFi
• Municipal taxes
• Use of furniture

A security deposit of two months’ rent applies.

👤 Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a tidy, quiet student (m/f) who is seriously enrolled in an MBO, HBO or university programme. Proof of enrollment at an educational institution is required.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.
Municipal registration is possible.

We prefer a mature and flexible person who uses energy responsibly and is mindful in their use of shared facilities.
