Looking for a new housemate!!

The most important info first:
Viewing on the evenings of Wednesday March 18 or Thursday March 19.

This is social housing; the landlord requires that the new tenant not be older than 28 and earn no more than €29,400 gross per year. You must either be employed or registered at a college or university as a full-time student with details from DUO.

A 20m² room is becoming available in our apartment on H.F. van Riellaan, featuring a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.

It is a cozy home with a large shared living room and kitchen (38m² combined). We have two balconies: a large balcony with morning sun (16m²) and a small balcony with evening sun. The location is also very nice: it is a 7-minute bike ride to Neude, Griftpark is across the street, and there is a shopping center with an Albert Heijn within walking distance.
You will be living with four working people (2 men and 2 women) aged 23, 26, 38, and 48. During the day, we are usually busy with our work, but in the evenings, there are always people in the living room chatting, watching television, playing a game, and/or having a drink. Of course, it is also perfectly fine to retreat to your room.
