Urgently seeking a female roommate!!

First things first:
Introduction and viewing on Saturday, February 14th or Sunday, February 15th.

This is social housing; the landlord requires the new tenant to be no older than 28 years old and earn no more than €29,400 gross per year. You must either be employed or enrolled as a full-time student at a university or college with DUO.

In our apartment on H.F. van Riellaan, a 20m² room with a private bathroom featuring a shower, toilet, and sink is available.

It's a cozy house with a large shared living room and kitchen (totaling 38m²). We have two balconies: a large balcony with morning sun (16m²) and a small balcony with evening sun.

The location is also great: it's a 7-minute bike ride to Neude, Griftpark is across the street, and there's a shopping center with an Albert Heijn supermarket within walking distance.
You'll be living with four working people (three men and one woman) aged 30, 31, 38, and 48. During the day, we're usually busy with work, but in the evenings there are always people in the living room to chat, watch TV, play a game, and/or enjoy a drink. Of course, it's also perfectly fine to retreat to your room.
