About the place

The apartment has **2 bedrooms**, and you would be the **third person** joining us. I am **26 years old and a student**, and my friend is **23 years old and also a student**. We are both male.

Your room will be the **larger room**.

* **With registration: €950/month**
* **Without registration: €800/month**

Please clearly mention in your message whether you **need registration or not**.

The rental period is until **1 September 2027**, and you must be able to stay until that date. After that, extension may be possible if you want to continue.

A **2-month deposit** must be paid. The first month’s rent must also be paid once we receive the keys.

There is also a **€733 one-time commission fee** that must be paid.

**Rent allowance (huurtoeslag) may be possible**, which could reduce your effective monthly housing cost depending on your eligibility and registration situation.
