Starting from July 1st, a beautiful and spacious room will become available in the charming city center of Utrecht.

The property is located in an excellent central location, with all daily amenities within walking distance. This includes shops, supermarkets, public transportation such as buses and trains, restaurants, and other facilities. Everything can be reached within just a few minutes on foot.

As the property is situated in the heart of the city center, there is no balcony or private outdoor space. Fortunately, several parks and green areas are only a short walk away. Despite its central location, the house offers a surprisingly quiet living environment.

We are looking for a tenant who is employed, lives a calm and responsible lifestyle, and is no longer actively involved in student life. It is important to us that the future tenant is tidy and clean in shared living spaces, respectful towards neighbors, housemates, and the landlord, reliable with rent payments, and capable of living independently.

Within the house, everyone generally lives their own life. The only shared responsibility is maintaining a clean and tidy home according to an agreed cleaning schedule.

The current residents highly value the peaceful atmosphere in the house. Therefore, we are not looking for someone who frequently hosts parties or who requires a high level of social interaction within the household.

The property is located at an A1 location in the center of Utrecht, in a characteristic monumental building. Unfortunately, parking is not available in the immediate area. However, loading and unloading in front of the property is allowed. Pets are not permitted.

Due to the large number of applications we carefully review, it may sometimes take a little while before you receive a response from us. We select our tenants very carefully and do not place just anyone in the house. Therefore, please keep a close eye on your Kamernet messages. We highly value quick communication. If we do not receive a timely response, we may decide to invite another candidate instead.

The rent is inclusive of gas, water, and electricity. Registration at the address is possible.
