About the place

Hi all,

 A cozy bedroom will be available in our beautiful appartment located in Lauwerecht. It will become free starting the 1st of July, and I’m looking for someone who wants to rent the room for a minimum of one year, with a possible extension.
The 2-story apartment is around 80 m2 with a sunny balcony of 15m2. The apartment on the first floor has a spacious shared living room with fully equipped kitchen. The second floor contains the shared bathroom with bath, washing machine and drier, and the 2 bedrooms (the one becoming free is about 12 m2 and comes with a double bed and a wardrobe). There is also a separate storage on the ground floor for your bike.
 The room and the house are fully furnished and equipped and rent is 775€. Additional costs (electricity, internet, etc.), are about 80€ per month. registration is possible as well. You’ll be sharing the house with only one other flatmate, a student from Spain. Feel free to ask me any questions you might have about your new roommate, the room, or the house!
