About the place

My housemate is moving out soon, and so I am looking for a new cotenant in our house in Leidsche Rijn!

I am looking for a fellow young female working housemate who would be interested to do things together from time to time like cooking or watching a movie.

A little bit about me: I'm Claire (she/her), in my mid-twenties. I understand most spoken Dutch. In my free time I like to play board games, cook, casually bike or walk around places, and attend small live concerts.

Practical details:
Utilities, wifi etc total about €110 per person.
Long-term contract; ideally you would be staying for at least a year.
Comes with registration and landlord requires that you make at least 3x your part of the rent. This means you must make at least €3114 a month (including bonuses I believe?).
There are two bedrooms. You would take the larger bedroom, which comes with a closet, bed frame, and mattress. The rest of the apartment would be shared between us.
Living room is very spacious, perfect for inviting guests over.
Comes with private parking spot and balcony.
Kitchen amenities: dishwasher, stove, two fridge/freezers, induction cooktop, microwave

I am aiming to have a hospi starting from Oct 21th.
