About the place

I am temporarily renting out my room for a few months this summer, as I will not be using it myself. This room is fully furnished. Registration is possible subject to conditions. Rent includes all costs. The deposit is 2 months' rent if the resident registers, otherwise 1 month's. The location is not far from the station and main roads, close to a large shopping center. However, there are strict rules regarding cleanliness and noise; parties are not allowed. Preference is given to working people or serious students.
