Thank you for your interest in renting my room. I appreciate your enthusiasm and the time you took to reach out.

I'm looking for a friendly and responsible housemate to share a cosy apartment in Utrecht. The room is available for a short-term stay (3 months), with the possibility of extension. Ideal for professionals. Available from 1st of  september 2026

Please understand that I will need to review all enquiries and make a decision based on several factors.

I’d also like to mention a few important points about living here:

I work from home at least three times a week and spend a lot of time at home.

I occasionally have friends or family over.

Maintaining a high level of cleanliness is very important to me.

I prefer that tenants do not bring guests over.

The rental is temporary only.
