RENT

- Advance payment for service charges (maintenance contract including 24-hour service, concierge/supervision & minor repairs, administration costs for service charge handling, cleaning and maintenance of communal areas, exterior window cleaning, use/maintenance of movable property in communal areas, waste collection charges): €40


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION  

The tenant is liable for damage caused by their own actions, housemates, and visitors of the tenant (articles 7:218 and 7:219 of the Dutch Civil Code). The tenant is strongly advised to take out liability insurance that covers these risks. In the absence of such insurance, the tenant bears full responsibility for any uninsured damages, which can have significant financial consequences.
The tenant is strongly recommended to take out personal liability insurance (AVP – Aansprakelijkheidsverzekering voor Particulieren). This insurance covers damage that the tenant (or housemates/visitors) accidentally causes to third parties or to the rented property. The cost of personal liability insurance is approximately €5 per month.
