About the place

A cozy, fully furnished room is getting available, and I am looking for a friendly and neat temporary *male* tenant to join my home in Utrecht. I am open to internationals and the room is ideal for an exchange or Master student from abroad. 

🏡 The house
My home is a neat and comfy characteristic 1930's house. We share two toilets, bathroom (with bathtub ánd rain shower), laundry room, kitchen and a large rooftop terrace. The house is in excellent state of maintenance and fully equipped with modern appliances, like a dishwasher, washing machine, fast Wi-Fi, and all the essentials for everyday living. 

📍 Convenient location
The house is conveniently located in a quiet, residential neighbourhood, yet within 5 minutes walk to supermarkets, shops, coffee places, restaurants and bus stops. Utrecht Central train station is just a 5-minute bike ride away. The famous Dom Tower in the heart of the city center is only 9 minutes away by bike.

🛏️ The room
The room is fully furnished and ready to move into. It includes a double bed (140x200), built-in closet, couch, TV and desk. The existing furniture as displayed in the pictures is part of the room and cannot be removed.

🕺 The vibe
A house should feel like a home. This is a well-maintained, comfortable home with a relaxed atmosphere. It's clean, tidy, and enjoyable to live in. From time to time I enjoy cooking together, sharing a meal, or having a relaxed evening with Netflix or a board game. At the same time, I have a busy life and value privacy and personal space. I'm looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, and enjoys a comfortable balance between social interaction and independent living.
