About the place

Dear house-seeker in Utrecht,
As of June 1st, a room will become available in the apartment in Utrecht! It’s a room (see video) of about 9 m² for approximately €750 excluding utilities. The apartment also has a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a rooftop terrace.
I’m looking for a male or female around 28 years old who is working.
The apartment is located on Bataviastraat in Lombok. A bus stop is a 5‑minute walk away and takes you directly to Central Station. By bike, it’s about 10 minutes to Utrecht Central. The Nettorama, Aldi, and other practical shops are all within walking distance.
You will be living with me (Basile). I’m 28 and studied biomedical engineering in Enschede. Last year I moved to Utrecht for my job at an engineering firm. I enjoy having dinner together or doing other activities when we’re both at home. Besides that, I like meeting up with friends and watching sports on TV.
