About the place

Hi there! 😊

After taking a break from renting out my spare room for a while, I'm now looking for a friendly and reliable housemate again!

A Little About Me
My name is Tiago, and I'm a friendly, calm, and helpful person who is always happy to lend a hand when needed.
I work part-time as an Assistant Accountant, from Tuesday to Friday until 6:00 PM. In my free time, I spend a lot of time programming and working on starting my own business.
I'm naturally a quiet and easygoing person, and I enjoy spending time at home focusing on my own projects and interests.
I believe it's important that everyone feels welcome, comfortable, and safe in their own home. Respect, peace, and privacy are very important to me.
I've always lived with female housemates and have had positive experiences, which is why I prefer a female housemate.

About the Room
•	Available from November 1st
•	Gas, electricity, and water included
•	Netflix, Spotify, and Disney+ included
•	Municipal taxes included
•	Registration at the address is mandatory

The rental agreement is initially for a maximum of one year. However, a longer stay may be possible by mutual agreement.

Who Am I Looking For?
I'm looking for a tidy, quiet, independent, and reliable housemate who takes good care of the home and respects shared living spaces.
Although we'll be living under the same roof, we each have our own lives, interests, and daily routines. There are no expectations to spend time together, participate in activities, or socialize regularly.
What matters most to me is creating a peaceful and respectful living environment where we both feel comfortable and respect each other's privacy, independence, and personal space.

Interested?
Are you looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to live where you can feel at home, enjoy your independence, and do your own thing?

Tiago 😊
