About the place

I’m looking for a new housemate to share a spacious 104m² apartment right next to Transwijk Park.

The available room is around 14m², faces southwest, and gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day. The apartment itself is already mostly furnished and also has a wrap-around balcony, although only smaller parts of it are suitable for actually sitting outside.

Location
The apartment is located directly next to Transwijk Park and around 12 minutes from Utrecht Centraal by bike, or a little over 10 minutes combining walking and bus.

Rent
€1,150 per month + €125 utilities

Available from: November 1
Rental period: Initially 12 months, with the possibility to discuss extending afterwards.

The room
The current furniture can potentially be taken over, including:

• Bed
• Desk/table
• Wardrobe
• Chair
• Rug

Taking over the furniture is optional. The exact items and price are still to be confirmed.

About me
I’m 25 from Germany and work in Amsterdam for a year now. I work quite a lot during the week, but I’m very social and enjoy living with someone I actually get along with. Having dinner together, going out, having a drink or just hanging out at home.

I’m therefore not looking for a purely functional flatshare. Of course, everyone should have their own space and life as well.

Who I’m looking for
Ideally someone who:

• Is between 22 - 28 years old
• Is working
• Is social and interested in a friendly shared-home atmosphere
• Is a non-smoker
• Has no pets
