About the place

Hiya!

I am looking for a new housemate who can and would like to move in starting December 1st!

The place is a two-person apartment located above the Smaragdplein shopping center. It’s a 5-minute bike ride from Utrecht Vaartsche Rijn station and 8 minutes from Ledig Erf.

The available room is 16m² and includes a sink; the rent is €860 per month, all-inclusive. It is an open-ended rental contract, and both of us would be named on the lease.

I am 30 years old and work in logistics. During the week, I’m generally quite active—going to the gym, playing baseball, catching a movie, or meeting up with friends.

As for living together, I enjoy the occasional shared meal, chatting about the day while relaxing on the couch, watching a movie, or even working out together if that’s your thing.

While I definitely have a life of my own, I’m not the type to hole up in my room whenever I’m home. I actually prefer being in the living room, where we can both do our own thing while sharing the space. That’s the kind of dynamic I’m looking for in a new housemate.
