About the place

This room is ideally suited for a quiet person who needs to be in Utrecht temporarily for study and/or work. Shops, station, cinemas and restaurants are within ten minutes walk. The room is complete furnished. The rental agreement stipulates that the tenant must be
register with the Municipality of Utrecht. In view of the enormous interest, I request interested persons to provide relevant information such as study and workplace. Beware: this is NO studenthouse. You share the house with one person.
