Looking for a temporary female flatmate (27+) with possibility of extension to a year/indefinite in Utrecht Zuilen | 01-04-2026 – 01-10-2026 | 25m2|€710 (incl.) per month

Viewing evening (hospiteeravond) is coming Wednesday (25-02)! Due to cancellations, we have some spots available.

From April 1st until October 1st, two rooms on the ground floor of our lovely house on the Amsterdamsestraatweg (near Praxis) in Zuilen will become available. It consists of a living and sleeping area of approximately 25m2. The rooms are next to the kitchen (note that it can be a bit noisy) with doors to the garden. You will share the hallway on this floor, bathroom, kitchen and garden with two housemates. The price is €710 (including gas, water, electricity and internet) per month. There is a possibility of extension and registration is not possible.
You will be living with us: Jacintha (32), Mirte (28) and our lovely cat Knuffel (5). We both work at the university, exercise regularly and have an active social life. We also enjoy to sometimes eat together, watching series or chat, but there are no obligations.
We are looking for a woman who is in the same phase of life: at least 27 years old, sociable, and tidy/clean. And most importantly, of course, someone who loves cuddling with our cat Knuffel. We will share the costs for the cat (food, litter and any additional vet costs).
