About the place

This ageing student house is situated in this pleasant neighbourhood of Lombok, where a room of approximately 14 m² at the front of the house is available for a quiet student. The facilities are dated but still functional. The many windows provide plenty of light and a good view of the neighbourhood and the primary school opposite. With a shopping centre just around the corner, you can pop out for groceries in no time. It’s a quick 10-minute cycle to the city centre.

As this is an older property, tenants often carry out necessary maintenance themselves. We are looking for an independent yet sociable tenant. It is a mixed-gender house, where both men and women, as well as international and Dutch students, are welcome. In total, you will have four housemates, three of whom live on the upper floor and one on the ground floor. 

After entering through a narrow hallway and climbing the stairs, you will find your room at the front of the first floor, a housemate’s room, and at the rear the toilet, kitchen and balcony. Just outside your room is the staircase to the top floor, where the bathroom is located at the front, complete with a shower, mirror and washbasin. There are also three rooms for your flatmates on the top floor. 

The room is available from 1 May 2026. The preferred tenancy period is one year, with a maximum of two years. The monthly rent is € 650,00 – including gas, water, electricity and internet. The deposit is one month's rent.
