🌿 Cozy Room in Utrecht – Available from October 1
Due to a last-minute cancellation, this room is available from October 1!

I’m looking for one person to sublet the room, ideally someone coming to the Netherlands for an internship, PhD, or another temporary stay. If you’re looking for a temporary place while waiting for something more permanent, you’re welcome to get in touch as well.

This room is a little different and is especially suitable if you like camping, being outdoors, and don’t mind a small adventure! 😊

To reach the shared kitchen and bathroom, you need to take a few steps through the garden from the room. So, if you enjoy a bit of fresh air and don’t mind crossing the garden, this could be the perfect place for you.

The house is fully equipped and you’ll have access to everything you need for a comfortable temporary stay.

Please note: the room is for one person only.

The house is located near Utrecht Vaartsche Rijn Station, in a convenient area with excellent public transport connections.

🚆 Vaartsche Rijn train/bus station: approximately 3 minutes’ walk

🛒 Supermarkets are close by

🏊 Swimming pool nearby

🚲 Easy and quick access to Utrecht city centre

💰 Rent & Availability
€870 per month

All-inclusive: water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, garbage collection and municipal taxes are included

Security deposit: 1 month’s rent

Please note that the all-inclusive price is based on reasonable energy and water consumption. If the total household utility costs exceed €200 per month, the difference will be shared between the residents.

Registration at this address is not possible.

To keep the house comfortable for everyone:

No parties or events

Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after midnight

No smoking or vaping inside or around the house

No candles or open fires

No drugs

No excessive drinking or drunken behaviour

Only you enter the house
