About the place

Two rooms (totaling 20 m²) for rent in Utrecht, within walking distance of Wilhelminapark and a 10-minute bike ride from the city center. You would be living with one other housemate (a 31-year-old man) in a spacious upstairs apartment (90m2) featuring a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. We are looking for a tenant for a 6-month period—someone aged 25+ who is either working or finishing their studies. The room is unfurnished.
