About the place

Hello!

I’m looking for a subtenant/lodger for 6/9 months. The bedroom is small (8 square meters, including a built-in wardrobe), but there’s a spacious living room that the tenant is also welcome to use. (Do note I'll also be sitting there most of the time.)

You’ll be living with one housemate: my name is Luca, I’m 30 years old and a trans man (so I’m looking for someone who is queer-friendly). I’m a calm and easy-going housemate. Im social but not a party animal. I work as a freelance screenwriter and film teacher, and I’m a creative night owl.

I work mostly from home, so I’m looking for someone who’s also in a quieter phase of life, ideally between 25 and 41 years old. (applications of people under 20 years old will not be read.) I'd prefer someone who’s friendly and social but also independent and respects personal space. All nationalities and genders are welcome.

Gas, water, electricity, and internet vary depending on usage, but expect around €70 per month on average.

Unfortunately, housing allowance (huurtoeslag) is not possible.
