Fully furnished house, just the two of us — all you need to bring is yourself and maybe a good sense of humor.
You:
Friendly, clean(ish), chill, and okay with a easy-going and comfortable home.
The House:
Furnished, cosy living room, obedient appliances (most days), and a shared bathroom/ kitchen we promise to keep civilized.
Important Bit:
You’ll need to send a few documents to the owner first so he can approve you —  grown-up stuff.
Standard “landlord wants to make sure you’re a real human” paperwork — quick and painless.
