About the place

In Tynaarlo, we currently have living spaces available in a former office building under a property guardianship (anti-squat) arrangement. We are looking for five enthusiastic and flexible residents who can help create a pleasant and cooperative living environment.

Each resident will have a private space of approximately 20 m². Facilities are shared with other residents and/or entrepreneurs in the building. The property is within cycling distance of Zuidlaren, which offers various shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. Public transportation is well-organized, and the access road to Groningen is just a few minutes away by car.

The monthly fee is approximately €290.00, including utilities.
