About the place

Hi there,
I'm 38 years old, calm, working full time and offering my attic room (through a hospita contract!!) for rent until the end of July. 

The room is 26m2, furnished (2 carpets, bed, desk, chair, dresser, water boiler, small fridge, sink, clothes rack, sofa with storage space, salon table, tv cabinet) two big windows (east living room side & west sleeping room side).
Only the bathroom and kitchen are shared.
Smoking, pets and parties are not allowed. Overnight guests are welcome subject to prior consultation.
