About the place

You have your own furnished room of approximately 15 m2 with own sink. You share the living room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet, toilet and garden with 3
housemates. 3 working persons . One tenant has a sweet semi-big dog of 11 year.
There is a 4th room available and that is why we are looking for a new roommate. 
Someone who is clean and takes the 3 other housemates into account.
The house has a living room.
There is a private entrance with a storage room for bicycles.
The kitchen is fully equipped, 2 refrigerators, freezer, hob, microwave, oven and also a dishwasher.
There is also a washing machine available.
There is a separate toilet downstairs. The bathroom is on the 1st floor and has a shower and a 2nd toilet.

The house also has a cozy garden.
