After months of hard work, the smart house that we named "The house of Eastern", is finally ready. It's a 20-minute walk from Tilburg's vibrant city center and a 15-minute walk from the train station, and features all modern conveniences. With its southern exposition of the garden, the lounge seating offers plenty of sunshine until late in the day. The spacious house has been completely re-insulated and equipped with modern conveniences like digital access and smart lighting. It boasts a modern, fully equipped central kitchen and five bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. The house can accommodate a maximum of 5 people.
The offered model is unique as the tenants enjoy fully furnished and kitchen-equipped studios (a brand new espresso machine and a TV set are also present). The tenants start living with their only need to be taken with them - their personal belongings.
