You will be sharing the apartment with me (the live-in landlord) and a cat, which creates a warm, homely, and welcoming atmosphere.

The apartment itself is fully equipped with all the household necessities you might need as a tenant. This includes a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, tableware, cutlery, pans, and more.

Financial & Contract:

Rent: € 545.- per month, all-in (includes an advance for gas, water, electricity, internet, and the use of all appliances and kitchenware).

Deposit: € 750.- (fully refundable upon moving out, provided there is no damage and the room is left clean).

Housing allowance (Huurtoeslag): Not possible.
