There will be a viewing possibility next Wednesday, 7 October at 7:30 PM. You can take a look at the room, see if it feels like a good fit for you, and meet the current residents. 4 of the 5 rooms have now been rented, and all of these students have only been living there for a week. This means you’ll be joining a house where everyone is new and where you can create a nice home together from the start!

From the house, you can walk to Tilburg city centre and the supermarket within just a few minutes. Thanks to its central location, you can also easily cycle to your university or university of applied sciences. Ideal if you like living centrally with everything close by.

The house has recently been renovated and refurbished. Among other things, a communal living room has been added, the bathroom has been renovated, and an extra toilet has been added. Another great advantage: the house has an energy label A, which helps keep the energy costs relatively low.
