Available from beginning of February: friendly sunny semi-studio in quiet street at the parc in the centre of Tilburg. On walking distance of the central station, cafés and shops, 15 minutes biking to university. Own entrance and private use of sunny garden with shed.  The entire studio is fully
furnished and equipped with all necessities. Living area with sofa and easy
chair, table, desk and dining table with fully equipped big open kitchen plan. Private bathroom with shower and wash basin. Bedroom with bed (1.40 x 200 cm ), linen, bedside table and wardrobe. The curtains are
blackout. Toilet is outside the studio in the hallway. Student living upstairs is using the toilet in his bathroom.
Rental is specifically for BA or MA or PHD students. Rent is including furniture, linen, equipment and use of shared washing machine , vacuum cleaner, iron board and freezer. Excluding utilities, costs of internet and taxes.
