About the place

Great ease in a compact squeeze!: cozy and efficient room for rent in Tilburg!

Are you looking for an affordable and cozy place in Tilburg where you can live truly efficiently? The smallest room in the house is becoming available on the Melsbroekstraat! Although the room is compact, it is designed so cleverly that you have all the space you need to study, relax, and sleep. You share the house with a maximum of two other students, so you can enjoy a quiet and well-organized home.

Why this will be your new place:

• Cleverly designed: The room utilizes space to its maximum efficiency and already features a stylish wall bed (Murphy bed), a fold-down desk, and built-in wall closets. Plenty of space during the day, which easily transforms into your bedroom at night!
• Private sink: No morning rush in the shared bathroom; you can simply brush your teeth and wash your face at your own sink in the room.
• Great location: Located on the Melsbroekstraat in Tilburg, with the university, colleges, city center, and supermarket just a short bike ride away.
• Small-scale & relaxed: You share the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet with only two other friendly students.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a clean, enthusiastic student who loves a tidy room and enjoys running a nice household with two others.
