About the place

Unique student room with PRIVATE BATHROOM for rent in Tilburg! 🎓🚿

Are you looking for a cozy place in Tilburg, but do you also value your own privacy? A very special room is becoming available on the Melsbroekstraat! This room is not only cleverly and efficiently designed, but it also features the ultimate comfort for a student: your very own private bathroom!

🌟 Why this will be your new place:

• Private bathroom: No morning rush or waiting for your housemates. You have your own shower and sink directly attached to your room!
• Clever & efficient design: The room is optimally arranged to make use of every single square meter. It comes equipped with a stylish wall bed (Murphy bed), a fold-down desk, and built-in wall closets. Enjoy plenty of space to study or relax during the day, and easily transform it into your bedroom at night.
• Small-scale & relaxed living: You only share the spacious kitchen and the toilet with two other friendly students. This means you will enjoy a quiet, well-organized, and clean house with a maximum of three people in total.
• Great location: Located in a nice neighborhood in Tilburg, with the university (Tilburg University), colleges (Fontys/Avans), the vibrant city center, and the supermarket just a short bike ride away.
