Spacious studio in a quiet, well-kept building on the Lovensestraat in Tilburg (Loven-Besterd district). You have your own kitchen, shower and toilet. There is also an extra shared toilet in the hallway.

Location
Tilburg Central Station and the city centre are about a 5-minute bike ride away. Shops, a supermarket and bus stops are within walking distance.

- Tenant app to report repairs and maintenance directly and to view your rental contract

Costs and conditions
- PLEASE NOTE: RENT ALLOWANCE (HUURTOESLAG) IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS STUDIO.
- The rent is € 800 per month, including service costs, internet and taxes: € 650 basic rent plus a € 150 advance.
- The basic rent has been set according to the Dutch housing valuation system (woningwaarderingsstelsel, WWS), the official points system for rents.
- Rental contract based on the standard ROZ model.

What does the € 150 advance cover?
- Electricity and water of your own studio (separate meters) and your share of the gas
- Internet (KPN fibre and Ziggo)
- Cleaning, lighting and electricity of the common areas
- Municipal taxes and charges: waste collection tax, sewage tax and water treatment tax

Your housemates
The residents are between 18 and 28 years old, Dutch and with an international background. They are students, working students, graduating students and young professionals who have just started working.

Here you simply live your own life, as long as you give others the space to do the same. Looking for company? It's easy to connect with your housemates. Prefer to keep to yourself? That's perfectly fine too.

This is a quiet house. We are looking for a tidy, quiet tenant who will feel at home here. Residents take turns, one week at a time, putting the waste container outside.
