Cooking with an eduction hob and hot water via your own boiler. The studios have their own meters for water and electricity. Also a communal laundryroom (10m2) which adjoins the courtyard (60 m2) where you can stay together and store bicycles. Everything is beautifully and neatly finished. Once a week, the common areas are cleaned by a maid.

It is not possible to apply for housing benefit here.
