Nice cozy room (8 m²) available in a house with four working male housemates. The house is located in the quiet, green neighbourhood of Groenewoud, in the south of Eindhoven. Nearby you’ll find the Tweesteden Hospital, Fontys University, various shops and a bus stop. Major roads are also easy to reach.
The room is situated on the ground floor, and the rent is all inclusive: gas, water, electricity and service charges are included.
Only for working male, for long stay (minimum 1 year).
