The room is 23m2 . The house is in an ideal location. There is an Albert Heijn around the corner, the university, colleges and the city center are just under ten minutes by bike. Moreover, there is a cozy regular pub across the street from us!  The living room, kitchen is shared, private bathroom and toilet, washing machine and chill garden!
