Who are we looking for?
Whether you are studying or working: everyone is welcome! We are looking for a reliable housemate who enjoys living in a house with three young female students and one guy. We are looking for someone for the long term.

What do you get?

The room: 6.1 m², equipped with a neat floor, roller blind, and lighting (unfurnished).

Shared facilities: You share the bathroom, kitchen (with gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine), and a nice garden.

Sustainability: The house is equipped with 2 solar panels, which helps to lower energy consumption.

Financial details:

Base rent: € 400.- per month.

Service charges: € 100.- per month (fixed amount for gas, water, electricity, internet, and municipal taxes).

Total rent: € 500.- per month (all-in).

Located in a nice, quiet street in Tilburg, with shops and other amenities at a convenient distance.

Please note: The room is delivered unfurnished (gestoffeerd).
